Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OGKit ("OGKit", "we", "us"), a service for designing Open Graph templates and generating social preview images. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OGKit.
The service
OGKit lets you design a branded template and generate social preview images for your pages — via a live render API or bulk export. Features, limits, and pricing are described on the site and may change as the product evolves. The free plan includes a "Made with OGKit" watermark and capped templates/pages; paid plans remove those limits.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't use OGKit to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to point render/crawl requests at systems you don't control; to probe, overload, or circumvent the service's limits or security; or to resell the service without permission. You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and the content OGKit renders on your behalf.
Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the templates, text, logos, and other content you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, cache, and render Your Content to operate the service. OGKit, its software, and its brand remain our property. You may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose.
Availability & disclaimer
We work to keep OGKit reliable but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that cached images are always current, or that every crawl succeeds. Your use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using OGKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
